car problems again

car problems again


My car cranks but won't turn,I got fuel pressure according to my gauge how can I check for spark.

Unplug a spark plug from the motor and set the plug on top of the motor. Crank the car and see if it arcs, if it does you have spark. You don't have some sort of whacky lock system with a theft mode do you?

The module on the distributor is probably bad. I had the same problem with my 93. Its either that or the coil. Good luck!

I already changed out my coil since I had a new one laying around is there anyway I can check it to be sure its the module.

try changing the ignition control module first, thatd be easier and there not that expensive.if that doesnt help then its most likely the PIP module in the distributor. idk if its actually in your distrib or not, i have a 95 and thats where it was
