coolant line on 5.0 intake

There is a coolant line on my 89 5.0 intake manifold that goes from front to rear and tees off to the egr spacer, can this whole line be capped off with out any cooling problems? I am really sick of looking at it .

yes....it cools down your EGR spacer from the exhaust gasses....if it still works, just leave it. I dont have mine hooked up

you can block it off... if you do you will also have to block off the front hose as well...

if your EGR is still working/connected leave the lines on...

to block them off you will need 3/8" NPT (Male Plug)...
