i got some traction bars on my 91 gt and 1 or the bars pushes on the frame all the time and the other one hangs down and doesn't even touch the frame. Is this normal or what do i need to do to adjust them?

I think most people have the quad shocks to negate rear wheel hop. What sort of traction bars are they, like old school slapper bars? Your best bet would be some decent adjustable upper and lower control arms and some good shocks. In my case the quad shocks were the key to getting rid of hop altogether.
