92 gt break problems.

Ok me and my gf just bought a 92 mustang gt fri night. The first problem is when u break all u hear is a air leak and it's hard as he'll to stop. It's like tryin to stop with the car shut off. I was told that it's a diaphram if that makes any sence. If that's what it is how do u fix it?

Sounds like u got a pin hole in your brake line

Id be checking the master cylinder and my brake lines.

Or maybe you have a wore out bleeder

It's the booster on the firewall. The diaphragm is most likely shot... Check the vac line going to it first, and if it's attached and not dry rotted looking, I would pull the booster.

Yea someone told me the diaphragm in the booster was shot. ? Is can u just buy that part or do u have to replace the booster and all
