svt badges

I have been shopping around a little for a mustang, fox body for the most part. So I found a 93 fox today with svt badges on it and was wondering if it is possible that these badges are factory. the car has a 5.0 in it and the body is great shape, although it does need a paint job. It has a roll cage and n.o.s solenoids under the hood but not hooked up. I was also wondering since this car looked like it was raced in some kind of way what should I look for that should steer me away from this car. Thanks in advanced, Bryon

honestly my biggest thing when buying a car like a mustang...is not to buy one that looks like it's been ragged on (i.e. hardcore drag racing) if you are wanting a DD and not a drag car...also the badges were added...if it was a real 93 cobra not only would it suck that it was put through that kind of abuse...but they didn't come with SVT badges except for on the rear...they would have cobra badges on the side...so check badge location first

it is a nice car but nothing like the top pic shows. It has some engine work done so maybe he changed the intake to. it also has been switched from manual to auto, pedals are still there but its been swapped out. It also has the cobra rims on it but that doesn't mean anything either. I will go back this weekend and look it over better.
