Suspension
Hey guys, just got done putting struts and U&L control arms on my car. Saw the back shocks are shot as well. Was wondering if the axle dampener or whatever they call it makes that big of a difference in your ride?

Are you talking about the chunk of metal bolted to the diff? If so, mine is gone and I didn't notice a thing, no extra vibrations with it off as far as I can feel..

Mine is still on. My car vibrates so bad but it needs new u joints. I'll be ripping opp that dampener thing though. It really doesn't do much. My 88 didn't have one and it was fine

removed mine when we changed gears. I didn't notice a difference with it off.
