Which headers should I get? have 2 pics.

I would like to put some headers on my 87 mustang 5.0..... Which of these two should I go with?? Are they both going to give me about the same HP? because one set is much cheaper. Here are 2 pics of them. Are the Hookers really going to make enough difference to spend an extra 50 dollars? The first set they are unaware of the brand.

First set. These are $60 dollars

Second set. These are $110 dollars

I'd do the first ones, easier to install and easier to change spark plugs and on a relatively stock or bolt on car, you will not notice a difference in power between them, maybe 2-4 peak difference at some rpm. I'd only pay about half of that asking price though.

What nolife said. They look like my stock headers.

First ones are BBK unequal shorties. I'd get the first ones just because they're cheaper and changing spark plugs will be a piece of cake. Installing the headers will be a breeze too. I used to have them on my 88 and never had issues with them. Mine were chrome though

I'd only pay like $40 at most for those though. I got some chrome ones in perfect condition for $80 on craigslist. Just needed 2 new studs. And those that ur looking at are rusted to shit.

Shorties just for the space and easier to work with.

I have equal length ceramic BBK shorties and they are not too bad to work around and on the passenger side I still have all of those vac operated emissions tab and check valves, head and air pump piping, AC line, and a SC bypass valve shoved down there. Once some of that stuff is removed and out of the way, #4 is the only plug that requires a universal but there is a lot of room to get in there. Some equal lengths are designed better than others.
