leaking differential fluid

I had a shop change my diff fluid and now it leaking. At first I thought is was coming from the cover but when I looked under it appears to be coming from the end close to the driveshaft.

Is the fill plug on that side? If they over filled it will it run out on that side? What could be the problem?

Yea, I have to check it. It must be loose and hopefully not stripped.

If its overfilled it will leak out of the passenger side vent on the axle tube itself. The fill plug is on the driver side of the front of the housing. Its a pipe fitting plug, so a little teflon tape or other sealant never hurts.
