whats the proper way to port a manifold
i just got a trickflow manifold that came with a 70mm throttle body. i want to make the openings on both a 75mm. i seen people doing it with a dremel and some doing it with a milling machine....whats the proper way? i also have a 65mm throttle body but can that be ported to a 75 or will the walls be to thin?

I'm pretty sure that the trick flow intakes are already 75mm

Porting that would be more trouble than it's worth. You would need another throttle plate, need to make sure the port is even all the way around. You would be better off buying a 75mm throttle body.

if you do the job right you shouldn't have to worry about it being even and i would think a throttle plate is no where near a new throttle body...i still want to port it...if i screw up then i'll get a 75mm

you will screw it up - just get another TB. I've been porting for over 40 years and unless you can machine the bore for the plate, it will be FUBAR.
