will the trick flow stage cam be too much??

I'm gying to figure out if getting a stage 1 cam from trick flow be too much for my stock 19lbs injectors. I'm running explorer intake upper and lower, BBK headers, no cats, cold air intake and a 70mm throttle body. Anybody think this Addition will be too much?

Wat would be a good horsepower estimate with those bolt ons?

Just guessing, but I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of 250rwhp. Only a guess.

Thts pretty high. Tht would mean i would be pushing close to 300hp. Will also install sum Windsor Jr heads from dart and do a port and polish on them. But I know i will have to step up to some 30
Lbs to be safe. I knw 24s hold up but i want to.have that extra cushion.

I would guess 205-220? But good cam choice. How many miles are on your car? If it's high you might want to change the timing gear also while you are in there. Valve springs may need replacing also.

the cam is the last thing you need. Get some decent heads then get a cam

Or both together so they match like the TFS heads and cam with RR's to all match... that should bring you near the 280ISH hp mark at a push with the 19lbs. ideally you'd want to go up to 24lbs if you do the above which should hopefully get you nearer to the 300hp...

No need to get 30# injectors for those mods..it will run rich as hell without a tune. Get 24# injectors with a Pro-M MAF calibrated for them. With those heads/cam/intake you'll be around 275rwhp and 335 flywheel HP.

The engine is a crate. Has jus a lil over 40k on it. I will replace timing chain upon cam installation. Jus the cam is the bulk of the job and I wanted to be sure that my 19lbs will be ok for now til I throw those heads on there. Now the deal with 30lbs injectors, a Ford performance tech was emphasizing running lean in higher rpms and was mainly saying be safe. But that is a lot of gas if I'm jus putt puttn around town and not giving it hell!!! Lol.

When you get a cam chances are you will need a dyno tune otherwise the MAP sensor will read the engine as carrying load and the computer will compensate and deliver more fuel so your engine will run richer

That would be true if it were a speed density car, but it's a MAF car.

For what you are running the 19lb injectors should be fine. You will need to do the spring upgrade kit TFS-2500100 on the stock heads to handle the cam. If you are really looking for a really good gain I would suggest the TFS-51400004 heads and that cam with a set of 24lb injectors.
