finally h/c/i done... buttttt not what i wanted
so yeah. i finally saved up some extra cash, to have a buddy of mine swap out my original heads for gt40s, original intake for a cobra intake, as well as put a tfs1 cam in... i have a set of 30lbinjectors matched to a 75mm maf, but he said it wasnt necessary to put that in until i decide to blow it
.... anyway, ive had the car back for about a week now, and am having some problems, hearing some noises... there is a consistent faint tapping going on around the driver side area, and when i decide to get on it, the tapping becomes louder, and almost hear like a slight grinding noise.... any suggestions? i was told that it could be the rockers, if not the lifters possibly? and could this be a reason why im not getting the correct performance out of the car?also, sometimes she doesnt wanna start up right away after running for a bit. sometimes just give it a little gas and starts? some of the other mods i have done just to get you an idea.. .70mm tb .cai .underdrive pulleys .or xpipe & shorty headers .subframe connectors .lakewood dragshocks & struts .... .. . whatever it is that needs to be replaced, i should have the money to do... i am in the hunt of looking for a new radiator/electric fan setup, if anyone has any ideas. thank you

the gt40 set up is fun and all but you have to remember you are just now catching up to a stock cobra fox as far as engine power. unless you go with some aluminum or worked gt40 heads then you cant really expect a whole lot, your probly only seeing about 260rwhp. and +1 on the exuast leak

dont use the 30ib. thats way to much injector for that set up unless you got the car tuned. 24lb is the biggest id go untill you have more done. i know that didnt answer your question but im not sure about your other issue
