Extension(s), a good 6 point socket, and the largest bar you can fit under the car. If you apply good counter torque to the bar end and keep the socket straight and tight on the nut while you are turning it, it will either come loose or the stud will break.
If the stud breaks, you can try to pound it out or grind it down and drill it out or try to get a stud extractor up there. Then replace the broken ones with regular stainless nuts, bolts, and washers. It's tight in there but I had to do something similar.

CRC Freeze Off is carried by Auto Zone. Around $6 a can. Has refrigerant in it to shrink the stud and spin nut off. Stuff works like a commercial!

I use a 18" breaker bar with 3 feet of pipe on the end to break loose really tough bolts. The risk of snapping it is always there. I would try bubba95's idea of the freeze off then try to break it loose. Also you can get a propane torch at your local Walmart for probably $20 or less. Heat the area around the bolt and hit the head of the bolt with that freeze off and it should break loose.

Impact gun. Harbor freight has a decent electric corded 1/2" one for $50. I had to get it when I did my control arms and u joints. It will come in handy and make life a lot easier.
