Saw a 87 gt on CR. He wants 2600 for it. here is what it has.

PA C4 with hardened shafts and kevlar bands. manual reverse valve body.Fresh from shop
4.10s
Rebuilt motor to stock specs, paperwork to prove it
cowl hood
235 tires
lowering springs
caster cambers
bbk shorties
h pipe with flowmasters

Some surface rust at bottom of doors and on the lower hatch and needs the upper part of the back seat. Needs paint its 3x colors.

Is it worth it and what do you think it would run? Im thinkin low 13s?

Its really up to you. Everyone will have their opinions but its your decision because YOU will be driving it. I would get it if I had money for paint. But only if the rest of the car is in very good condition. If the interior is mediocre and it needs things I would talk him down to 2300 or 2400 depending on what it needs. I bought my 91 a month ago and it also has a rebuilt engine. The interior is all there minus the armrest lid, needs the passenger side kick panel, center console is cracked around the ash trey area, and it needs a radio. It needed rear upper/lower control arm bushings as they were nonexistent lol. I just put in brand new arms instead of just doing bushings. The car came with tokico blue shocks/struts and eibach prokit lowering springs. But the car has some surface rust on the roof and some on the hatch. It has good white paint which I think is original but it has hail dents on the roof, front fenders, hood, and hatch. I bought the car for $2800. I probably shouldn't have bought it for that much but it drives and runs perfect which is what I wanted. I plan on keeping it for a long time so I will eventually sand out the rust and get the hail damage fixed. Good luck deciding on the car!
