I'm stumped the car has been converted to mass air A9P, the motor was out of 97 exploder and it has a comp cam.544 lift 112 center line,trick flow spring kit cai,holly185lph,24lb inj,BBK equal headers,BBK24lb meter 44 series flows 373s,center force clutch steeda short throw&quad,and new map ,plugs, wires,msd cap wires,act, coolent temp,tfi,ing switch,eec relay,

Swap o2 sensors, clear the memory and see if you get a code 91. If so, bad o2. if not double check the wiring to that sensor first before you go chasing a lean condition on one side of the engine.

Just got done installing intake gaskets and checked all injector o rings , they were all good rh o2 is pin 42 in the harness rite? btw how much hp could i be producing with tis combo? & thanks

No pin 42 goes to injector 7.

Pull your plugs and check them out, reading the plugs will be the best indication of what your engine is doing. Chances are it's not a lean condition on one side of the engine. You sure you have the right plugs in the right sensors? I had my right o2 plugged in to my left plug and vice-versa and couldn't figure out why my one side kept pegging lean and the other rich for a while until I swapped them back.

So I've checked the wires for 02s they checked good and replaced pass. side o2 cuz that is the side running way hotter than driver. driver side really dosent get real warm my fuel press. is 42lb at idle w/vac disconected it dose kinda creeps to that press. (gas&amatch)

I dont think that the harness will allow that with oil sensor line plumed in with other 02 wires. btw how much advance should the spout connector carry past base time?mine is maybe 10 deg code 41 also states injectors out of bal. I did check plugs and they were clean I am gonna try to switch them if I can and I think a g 6 could out run me rite now

That's possible. I rewired my entire car and I don't remember what the factory wiring looks like anymore.
The timing will be all over the place with the spout in, IIRC it will jump up into the mid high 20's at idle at times. Doesn't matter much though, I have mine set to 30 at idle with my tuner and I don't get hot at idle. What did the plugs look like though, what color, what did the ground straps tell you? What color was the porcelain? Same on both sides? How are you telling that the passenger side is hotter, with an IR gun on the header tubes? Spark plug reading |

All the plugs looked like brand new if any color at all i'm gonna say that they we lean def not card board brown as far as the heat condition, drivers side header felt much cooler than pass by hand. I know that this is not a real good way to judge the heat but I will say it was quite obvious. I set timing @ 14 adv. base. I have also sprayed all vac. lines down while motor was cool of course and found 0 leaks I read some where that the fuel tank baffle could cause strange things to happen I think mine had just broke loose dude I've got a million hours into this could my A9p be junk O ya just went for a ride and when holding speed it bucks like im in too high of gear all the time with a light load even @ 3000+ and fp reg is old (gettin real tired of hearing just sell it )lol
