It should be close. Ifnot you can port match the intake with a die grinder & carbide bit/sandpaper roll.

Might as well just save up for a Holley Systemax. That is what I have and they are a great performing intake.

There is nothing wrong with the GT40 intake on a mild street car. I ran a GT40/Explorer intake that I ported at home with some box stock TW 170 heads, stock short block, Trick Flow stage 1 cam in my old 88 coupe and ran a 11.69 @ 114.

Install a Trans GO AOD-HP shift kit in that AOD and it will shift inself in drive at about 5500 rpm.

TW 170 are much better bang for your buck. If you can afford them, go with the TW's instead. When you figure in shipping, you're almost at $400 for a set of bare stock heads that don't flow shit and you still need to buy springs and rockers, which are an inferior pedestal design by the way.

You have the power to go much quicker in the 1/8th. For an example: my 82 Capri runs 7.83 @ 86 in the 1/8th (12.36@108 1/4)with a 1.61 60 ft. If you can get a better launch you've got the power to run much quicker, judging by your 92 mph in the 1/8th!
