Testing EEC-Code 212
After getting code 212, I checked the circuit. The wire between the spout connector and the EEC is showing continuity to ground, not sure exactly what the value was., but it was grounded. Before pulling the harness, I disconnected the EEC and the path to ground vanished. Since I now know the EEC is allowing ground, and everything else checks out, do I condemn the EEC? I can't find a spec or test to give me direction here.
