Not sure how to diagnose... Help.
Well my temp guage and the fuel gauge doesnt work so I thought it was the temp sensor,replace that,didnt work so I got another cluster and it still doesnt work..
Im at whits end on this one guys. I have looked for fuses but nothing shows up for the cluster. Any help...

this may sound crazy, but you can check a few things that I have come across, 1) a bad ignition switch can cause problems such as this 2) a bad connection in the firewall penetration block 3) bad ground 4) computer problems. If it's electrical, it could be anywhere. Run a jumper wire from the sending unit to the guage(s) and see if they are working, if so, you may be able to tie this jumper in permanantly. Oh, and good luck finding a pentration point. Hope this helps.

probably a broken wire somewhere or a bad ground. The jumper wire idea is your best bet, it will tell you if it is a wire or not and then you can go from there. |

Ok tell me which side to hook the jumper wire into and do I need to hook a ground up with it also? Thanks for the tips guys.

Ok guys I was thinking the sensor beside the fuel rail was the one,I replaced the guage in the cluster and the sender on the right side with the single red wire and its working now, I feel foolish...LOL
