distributor cap and rotor
89 Mustang GT
Mods: I added an MSD box to augment the original ignition (had a spare and thought what the hell) Cold air intake Issue: When I clean off the corrosion from the electrodes they have a larger gap than the car seems to like. Does not start as well and does not idle as smoothly so I replace them. Doing this every 6 months and using copper. Seems excessive to me but would like to know if this is unusuall Would upgrading to a hotter coil help? Thanks Ron |
