Listing what heads you have might help.

You need to measure, no way to tell you this for sure over the internet.

Just because they got away with doesn't make it a good idea. Yes the chances are you will be fine with those size valves and that cam, but you always check just to be sure. Deck height, valve reliefs, and compressed gasket thickness come into play checking PTV. Using the valve drop method is a pretty easy way of checking without using clay and having to take the heads off.

Use a checking spring in place of your valve spring and make sure you have the correct length pushrod and your valve train geometry is set up correctly. Then go through the rotation of the crank 720 degrees to make sure the cam makes 1 full revolution with either a dial indicator on the rocker and keep pushing the valve down until it hits the piston when it's close to TDC, or feeler gauges inbetween the valve stem tip and rocker tip. If you have more than .080 on the intake valve and more than .100 on the exhaust through the full 720*, you're fine.
I'm not very good at explaining it but I'm sure if you google it you can find better instructions. PTV clearance "danger zone" isn't when the valve is at peak lift, it's when the valves are just about to open/close. You want more than those clearances I mentioned at these points. Feeler gauge is a pretty simple way of doing it and is how I measure. Just have to make sure you use a checking spring. Your regular valve spring will depress the plunger on a hydraulic lifter and give you false readings. It will also be impossible to push the valve down with your hand to measure PTV clearance anyway.

Either method will work just fine (clay or drop valve method).
