no start after starter install

So I just got done installing my new 95 style starter. The starter kicks over perfectly, the ignition coil has power when the key is on engine off. The sparkplug wires are wired correctly. 1,3,7,2........ I tested KOEO codes and I got an 11, clear. I'm stumped the only thing I can remember is when I was wiring the big wire to the starter relay the wire touched metal and the radio cut out. is there a fusable link for the injectors? how would the ECC react if the ECC power relay was shot? The fuel pump primes and the only think I disconnected to get to my starter was my MAF. and the passenger side O2. I unplugged the battery and plugged it back in.

so I just tested the 12 volt power to all the fuel injectors and the MAF.
