Looking at an 82 5.0, question?

Alright this guy says it makes 385 rwhp and i'm doubting it does. Here's what he says is in it.. This is the description he has for it and text me and told me it has 385.

have a 1982 ford mustang GT for sale $3500 OBO it has 6500 miles on the rebuilt motor. It was rebuild with a 331 stroker kit, forged pistons and rods, 303x cam from ford racing, hypo heads, carter comp 4 barrel carb, its been an amazing car it is runnin an 11.8:1 compression ratio so it is really fast this is an all motor car. you cannot supercharge it or turbo it unless you go through and redo everything. its all primed and ready for paint. There is about $5000 into the motor alone. will be an awesome car once painted and a little tlc in the interior..

Does this sound like 385rwhp to you guys? I don't know much about em.

What are hypo heads? If he's referring to HiPo heads from a 289, 385 at the tire isn't happening without a ton of money in portwork. Way more than what 5k will get you for the total engine build.

He also says it has an edlebrock intake. I drove it and it definitely pulls well, But it's kind of a peicer..
