feed line from valve cover to tb
This can be removed and replaced with a filter/breather? Basically I think the line is bleding oil into the throttle body where it looks to be leaking from the linkage butterfly and its dripping onto valve cover..

i dont see why not, its just a breather line for excess crank pressure. sounds like you have some excessive blow by, causing oil to be pushed up that far. wouldnt think it would leak out of the throttle body though...

Yep, like he said, it's crankcase pressure doing that which probably means your rings aren't in great condition. If you do pull it and put a breather on it you also need to remove the PCV from the lower intake and plug the vac line coming from the upper intake. You can either plug the hole in the lower or put another breather there. If you leave the PCV hooked up and put a breather on the valve cover you will have unmetered air entering in to the intake.

I also plugged mine, cause my aftermarket valvecovers didnt have a place for the line to go. So i need to plug my pcv? Are there any ill effects of plugging both, or is there a simple fix i can do?

Yep. Only difference between the term un-metered air and vacuum leak on a MAF car is that vacuum leak has to be after the TB, but un-metered air can be anything after the MAF. In this case, it would be both vac leak and un-metered air.
