So I've been hunting down one problem after another, Im beginning to think that the car has a bad computer. The symptoms are very random, #1 at cold start the idle comes up the dies down almost instantly then the car stalls. this happens every cold start #2 sometimes after warm up the car will run like it has fouled plugs then at some givin moment it clears up like flippin a switch and then runs decent but not quite rite or if I shut it off and restart it goes away but condition comes back until it clears it's self out with surging at min. throttle #3 after warmed up and idling it sound ok then starts to sound like all pluges are fouled hit the gas it goes away but returns soon after

I checked the other day and no codes since I've replaced every sensor except drivers side o2 and knock sensor

There's no knock sensor on a fox.

You should at least get a code 11 which means system pass. If you're not even getting that I would pull the ECU out and pop the case off. Check the traces for any blown ones and check under the capacitors and make sure they didn't fail. If they did it will look like they took a dump right underneath them that looks like black goo. I would probably do that even if you are getting a code 11, but if you don't get that then it's almost certain that the ECU has failed.
