CEL under heavier accelereation
it just started this morning. but when i accelerate my check engine light comes on. then when i get back to cruising it goes off and wont come back on unless i down shift and speed up.
my car is a 91 lx with the 5.0 and a t-5 that i swaped in. cold air intake and the engine is mostly stock with around 85,000 miles on it i was just wonder if maybe a sensor came unplugged or something simple like that because it doesnt feel like theres anything wrong with it i also ran some fuel injestor cleaner through it a few days ago thanks in advance |

It could be. A million things. This happened to me' but can't remember what the issue was. I think it turned out to be bad plugs and plug wires. Or maybe my fuel pump was on it's way out. Run your codes first. Check your fuel pressure and do a basic tune up if it hasn't been done in a while

i know i have a small fuel leak ina fuel line. you think maybe that injector cleaner cleaned out that crack enough for more fuel to leak out causeing a lowrer fuel pressure
i should be able to run the code later today |
