CLUTCH AND CLUTCH CABLE MAJOR PROBLEMS

I own a 88 GT and recently upgrade my clutch to a stage 2 from ACT and while doin that i also replaced the flywheel. The day i got my car back the old clutch cable started giving me problems so i changed it out with a new heavy duty one but that same day it started doing the same thing so i replaced the cable and the fork this time but once again the same day it stretched or slipped and its doing the same thing ( its really hard to shift into first and i cant shift into reverse also i get a rattling sound when i rev up past 2 RPMS i can feel the rattle comming through the peddle but if i keep the clutch peddle down about an inch it dont rattle anymore) . Plz Help!!
