Need some advice

I'm gonna change the oil in my 91 for the first time since I've owned it this week and want some advice on oil weights. I bought the car 2 months ago and it had a fresh oil change right before I got it. I've put a couple thousand miles on it and drove it up to denver from phoenix a couple weeks ago as I moved up here. I'm driving up to south dakota and wanna change my oil beforehand. I always used 5w-30 in my other 5.0's but they had a lot of miles and I didn't really care about oil weight. Now I have my 91 with 130k on the chassis and about 30k on a stock rebuilt 302 with an unknown cam. I searched Google but I want some opinions still. I'm thinking 5w-30 since its almost winter and is already pretty cold here in denver. I'll be going with Mobil 1 so I do not want any opinions on oil brands. Lets not make this a flame war guys lol. Thanks ahead of time.

with the cold weather I would stay 5-30 won't be to thick to the point it wont want to start lol
