Tips on releasing horsepower.?

I was wondering are there any other inexpensive things you can do to your 5.0 to release a couple extra ponies.?

i already have: BBK Cold Air intake, Gt40 upper and lower, B303 cam, Shorter belt only running alternator, fan, and air conditioning (air conditioning coming off soon when i find a even shorter belt), Shorty Headers, Offroad H-Pipe, Flowmaster 2 chambers

Gears! Not really going to release more HP but it will make a real noticeable difference!

when either you are accel or wot you will hear a noise coming from the motor if you are pinging that is basically pieces of the piston coming off not a good thing lol

oh ok I'll look into that... but I would much rather find horsepower in the engine and drive train

Why? If it makes the car perform better, what's the difference?

A different cam would do wonders.

It's just me... I like doing all the work myself and I'm not to familiar with suspension work. rather deal with engine and drivetrain. I've got the fiberglass hood or what not spare tire gone. but i don't want to take anything out thats going to sacrifice ride quality its not a race car its a street car. Not a street car with 500 ponies either.

Electric fan and water pump will free up a little.
Pulleys (i dont recommend them tho, i hear lots of issues)
Msd ignition, may not free up power but throttle response and a better combustion wouldnt hurt
Bigger throttle body,egr
