idl problem
I just got a 1990 GT and I just ran in to a idle problem it idles spraticly and then cuts off.what to know if someone could help me out

Check for codes first even if the CEL isnt lit.

Check for vacuum leaks and change your IAC motor. Pull codes first. Also replace with Motorcraft parts, it makes a difference.
