gt 40 heads on 69 windsor

Hey guys its been awhile since ive posted here. But, what im looking at doing is picking up this 69 351 windsor block c9oe....Ive found some rather cheap rebuild kits on ebay for the whole motor, and my 85 coupe currently has a 302 with gt 40 iron heads..so i was told i didnt build it I bought it this way..this winter im swapping the transmission and motor mounts out and im thinking if I could get this motor put together soon enough I could swap all of the top end parts from the 302 to the 351 i realize with the kit from ebay being a cheaper one that its not gonna be super high performance motor, but would it be practical to swap the heads intake and carb over to this 351?

It seems that gt40 heads would be vary smalll for a 351. I wouldnt even put gt40 heads on a stroker (331/347). but thats just me. 302 parts are going to get you 302 power. it kind of defeats the purpose of dropping in a 351 if you use those small ass heads. If you have the money id through it down on better heads. just my 2 cents
