wont run after rebuild

hello all. i have a question i have a 91 gt convertible i just had rebuilt and the engine was bored 40 over keith black forged pistons, total seal rings, gt40 heads ported and polished, lower intake ported and polished, kenne bell 1.5, the person i had build this engine was a terrible builder he timed the cam wrong, messed up wiring etc. etc. the engine will start sometimes but will die on its own when compression is checked before startup the cylinder pressures are between 125psi and 115psi when the engine dies its at 115psi to 100psi, could someone please help me im spending alot of money in this engine on diagnostics.

Did you pull the timing cover and degree the cam? Having it off can cause low compression readings like that.
