im not a supercharger expert or anything, but was it making an bad noises prior to the oil change? the flakes could be bearing material or something. but if the propellers were painted or coated in anyway before assembly, it could simply be flaking off. im basing all of that from a quick google search...

Are you using the stock pulleys ? The reason I ask is to see if your over spinning it.

im pushing 16 pounds at 6000 rpm, but it is the si trim and i usually am only pushing it to 5000-5500 max so prob more like 14 lbs. my thought was maybe some junk got through the air filter ? not sure if that makes any sense though

sounds to me your internals are breaking apart slowly but surely. are you running 16# on a stock bottom end?

If you are getting stuff from the intake (dirt) into the oil, you have bigger problems than you think.

If you bought the unit brand new and this is the first time you are seeing the flakes, I would continue use provided that you dont notice any changes. (noise) It may just be some extra flashing that was missed during the manufacturing process.

Get in touch with the manufacturer and send them pics or a sample of what you found and see if it is anything worth worying about.

well the drain hose hangs down far to the bottom and it had alot of dirt on it so i wiped some off and could see it looked the same as what was in the oil and just to be sure of it i drained the oil again and watched the oil kind of run down the lip of where some grit and debre was and it made sense to me . what led me to do this initially was i took a piece of the debre from the oil and rubbed it with my fingers and it just disintigrated like road grime or dirt would.
