Probs

I installed a Performer RPM intake the other day, and now that I have the timing back where I marked it, and the engine sounds kinda bubbly when I get in the throttle. It sounds kinda like those subaru cars. What's my problem? Is my timing off?

i dont think that the engine would be making that noise from what i know the mufler makes atleast 75% of the cars sound. if i was you i would throw on some flowmasters because they sound awsome on the 5.0s

So you changed the intake....upper and lower? And after that it sounded strange. Think of what you touched and check it. It prob to be something you caused, not a random problem like a plug.

I'm thinking the timing since I did not mark the distributor when I removed it. I only guessed at it when I put it back. Stupidity!
