Been doing a little research and was just curious what sort of oil you all are running in your cars

I've been running 5w-30 Mobil 1

2001 GT- 5w-20 Valvoline VR1 synthetic, K&N oil filter

1994 GT- 5w-30 Mobil Clean 5000, motorcraft oil filter

works fine so far

10w-30 Valvoline Max Life

At 400,000 miles, it's pretty clear that I won't be switching anytime soon.

im using 5w30 royal purple. mobil1 is a great choice though. they did a testing on a couple of synthetic oil and royal purple, motul, mobil1 and valvoline are one of the best oil companies

Yea I've noticed mobil and valvoline always come up with good reviews. (I just started using max life 5w-30 in my taurus SHO actually) Anyone hear of or use "Schaffers", Apparently its supposed to be the hot item from what I have been told

I use what ever 10w-30 is on sale but always a Motorcraft filter. No problems yet.

I use mostly 20w-50 in my fox vert & 5w-30 in my new edge.
you guys got me thinking 5w-30 might be better for my fox 5.0 too.
