If you have stock control arms, look for the usual stuff. Dry rotting, splitting, gap forming between the rubber and link. Try to twist it by hand. If you can twist it by hand, they are worn. Might have to jack it up for that one. I check them every time I have the rear wheels off. Also if you hear a clunking sound in the rear when breaking or pulling off, thats a good sign they are shot.

I dont have stock arms or bushings but ever since my last run at the track I hear 1 clunck and a bit of swaying in the rear when I lay into it.

Prolly a bad bushing, my buddy has adj. lowers with the front bushing being a hiem joint the rear a poly one. after about 20 passes the sleeve had worked its wat through the bushing to the back. I have never seen that before.

Yep, probably worn. The clunk is the control arms binding up. Also check your mount points for damage.
