Looking to rebuild
Hey Mustang Fam,
Im looking to rebuild my 95 mustang. I plan on buying some Ford Racing X360 heads. I just need you guys opinion are these some good heads and what manifold would you recommend to go with them and or cam options. Im looking to get more top end and mid range power. Open to any suggestions. Oh and before i forget does anyone know of any mustang performance and tuning shops in MD/VA area?

Ditch those heads..get some trick flow 190s with the smallest chambers possible, dustman hydraulic roller from FTI, trick flow r intake, Anderson powerpipe and you'll need springs to match the heads..contact ed Curtis at flowtechinduction.com he's very helpful with anything you need. Advice and all.

I'm running world windsor JR heads with an x-cam and 1.7 rockers is it seems to put some good power down from 2.5k-6k RPM. Those heads may not flow as much and weigh heavier than trickflow but if you can pick a used set up for $800 or less, thats the way I'd
go. Would leave you extra cash for a cam, valve springs, and any other bolt-on you'd desire

Or if you want to upgrade as a whole package, Check out trickflows top end kit. Looks to me like a complete deal to upgrade everything and the best part is it's designed to work together!
