hi so i checked the alternator like you said and its weak. it charges at 12v with lights on and heater on. i also noticed the previous owner put a underdrive pulley on the crank. i would never use an underdrive pulley so im gonna install the new alternator and put a stock pulley on.

If you're gonna get a new alternator, do a 3G alt conversion. Much better alternator. The ones in these cars were barely enough to keep up the the current needs of the car anyway.

Hi I actually already ordered and received a 130amp by paperformance. Still need the crank and a longer belt? Hey if its not too much troubke can you have a look at my cooling fan question i posted? Thanks

I would ditch the underdrive personally so yea different pulley and belt.

I saw your other thread but I got nothing for you. I have a flex a lite but mine has 5 pins so the wiring won't be the same. Ryanw covered what I would have told you. Other than looking over it carefully for a model number and then googling that to see what you come up with.
