Questions about new car!

Here is the background:
I just purchased a heavily modded '93 Cobra. I intended to have it as a weekend driver/show car/friday night racer at the local dragstrip. However, it's a bit more than I bargained for so far. Here is the list of mods on the car.

DSS 331 c.i. long block w/ forged internals
Vortec blower
AFR heads
Radical Cam
Ported upper and lower intake
70mm TB
MSD ignition and coil
60 lb/hr injectors
Dual fuel pumps
BBK long tubes w/ BBK H-pipe w/ hi-flow cats
MAC 2 1/2" cat-back
4.10 gears
HD clutch (crazy hard to push in)
Dyno's @ 545 hp

Here's my issues so far, while driving it home after picking it up, (about an hour or so into the drive) I am coming to a light in 4th gear, instead of down shifting, I throw it in neutral and coast to the light, as I get to the light, the car seems to surge a bit from about 1.5k RPM to 3k RPM and then stalls on me.
Question: Is this due to the duel fuel pumps, injectors, or cam?
Question: Do I simply need a re-tune on a dyno?

Another issue, the cars runs extremely hot, Autometer temp gauge runs consitently at 200 to 205 while doing 40 mph, but, if I'm in stop & go traffic it creeps up to 225 to 230 degrees.
Question: Do I need a new thermostat, better fans, and/or radiator?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

You have to find out what thermostat and and fan you have it could be the problem. The rib belt is an issue with fitting a fan. 8-10 rib belts force you to use a small fan that uasually do not work well enough. What tuner...AEM, FAST, CHIP.....ya know so we can see how the timing curve is done. Some guys make the curve to aggressive causing heat issues.
