Speedo adjustment?? :S

Hi guys, this is my first post so go easy on me

Im putting new tyres on the rear of my car (255/50/17 also rolling the arches/fender as im not taking any risks cutting them up) and it will throw the speedo out... im just wondering is it going to be difficult to change as the previous owner of the car put in a digital display?? when the car is doing 70mph in reality it will be doing 74.25mph... is it a matter of changing the speedo gear like normal?? if so where could i buy a new speedo gear?? please note i live in the uk but as long as i have an idea of where and what to look for ill be fine thanks

www.50resto.com but they have them if you change gears, with tires size i have no idea.
