Need advice on coolant passage on the intake
Go easy on me, this is my first post on here
![]() I have a 5.0 motor that has been desmogged and is running a Quarterhorse chip to compensate the "non factory" components. My tuner recommended that I block the coolant passage on my Trick Flow lower intake since I don't have any plumbing going to my Accufab EGR spacer. I have 2 questions: is this a good idea and if so what is the best and/or easiest way of doing that. If you need more information about the motor let me know. Thanks for your help! Brian |

I'm sure he meant block the egr passage. If he meant coolant passage, FIRE HIM!
You can do anything as easy as cutting a piece of gasket material to fill in the hole on the intake gaskets, or any other method that you see fit.
