Need help! Replaced distributor and coil still won't start.

I have a 5.0 engine in my cj7. Was running great, went on deployment, it sat for 4 months. Now it won't start. I first drained the gas, then I realized it was a spark issue. Replaced the ignition coil, still wouldn't start. Took the coil back and purchased the distributor module. Put in the old coil with the new distributor module, and it's still is not getting spark. I have power going into the distributor and the ignition coil....any advice?

test the coil for spark. if good try a lights out test. at night or in garage with no lights and see if you can find any leaking sparks. maybe its shorting out somewhere onto the frame. i had a coil with an invisible crack that would shoot blue lightning that you can only see in the dark.
