HAAAYYYYYLLLLPPP! Mustang Dies Only On Cold Starts??

I rarely ever drive this car but lately when its been colder out, it's been stalling/stumbling bad on the first start up of the day. When it's above like 55-60 degrees, it doesn't do this. Most of the time it will just stall out after 2-3 seconds of stumbling. If you go to restart it, as soon as you turn the key it will fire up instantaneously and act normal for the rest of the day. It also runs lean (like 16.5:1 or more) for the first few minutes until it goes into closed loop. I've swapped out the ECT sensor and cleaned/swapped out IAC's to no avail. Hoping somebody can shed some light on this because im out of ideas and its annoying the hell out of me.

Fuel pressure i haven't checked.. though it doesnt miss or act like its starving for fuel at any point. Ran codes and got code 33 and 34 for EGR stuff? Could that actually cause that?? Havent checked TPS or maf because it didnt seem like those would cause that but MAF is brand new and less than 4 months old, however i can definitely do that.

If you have a k&n filter and you over oiled it, it could cause your new maff to be dirty. Not sure if any of the things i listed is your problem but i wanted to list some easy things to check
