Depends on many things including:
Are you going to do it yourself?
Do you have a parts car to do the swap with or are you going to piece it together and search for all the parts?

If you have to pay to get it done: NO
If you have a complete parts car already: YES
If you are going to piece it together with better than stock drivetrain rather than buy a 5.0 and throw a bunch of the junk away anyway: YES
If you would be completely satisfied with spending much more money on a finished project: NO
If you have more money than time: NO

Yea its all basically built right in after you change the motor mounts and run the gas lines down the right side of the car instead of the left side (4 cly) and you use the 5.0 driveshaft and everything and your good... Im in the process of installing a 5.0 rear end on mines with a 3:73 gear for 300... after you put the 5.0 motor and trans and change the rear you have a true 5.0 car

no punctuation makes my eyes burn but yeah well If you need a good recently rebuilt motor fresh out machine shop I have one man. Full swap. Thats all I can say a 351 is where I would go and where I AM going because I want the bigger cubes and stronger motor.
