electric cooling fan issue-need help wiring it
hi All i recently unplugged my cooling fan connections and forgot how they were connected the cooling fan has 4 terminal and if i dont get it right it blows the fuse so can anyone tell me how to do this right? which one is positive which one is negative? this fan was made in canada thats all i know about it. no markings on it at all. thanks

Can you take off the plastic cover and see if theres any markings on the circuit board. A lot of the time you can tell what goes where, by doing this.

They have 4 terminals because theres a relay under that cover, and it can be set up to come on with the a/c ect.......

Is the fan pluged into another part of that box or does it use those terminal in the pic ?

It just connects at those terminals only. I have the positive and negative leads hanging nearby

Hmmmm. Ya id try taking off the cover, or do some more searching for a logo, so you can look up the directions, other wise you can by pass that box and run your own relay, i can tell you how to do that.

Look close on the top of that plasic box see if there is any letters above the terminals.

The 4 terminals are 12v+, 12v-, A/C, and manual switch bypass.
