Mobile 1 ATF. My Tranny Guy said he put that stuff in a T5 and pulled the Tranny a year later and there was virtually no wear.

Everybody and their mother seems to use something different in a T5. A WC T5 spec calls for Mercon/Dexron III ATF or what is now typically called DEX/MERC. Anything else may work but YMMV.
Mercon V, Mercon SP, or Dexron VI is NOT the same thing and should not be used.

I use 2qts of syngear II with .8qts of mobil 1 synthetic atf, of course I have a g-force t5 and thats what it calls for.
