Ask Team Z. I asked my chassis guy the same thing since I have to do coilover's in the rear with my mini tub. He said call a reputable place up and ask them what spring rate to use. I know it has to do with purpose of the car, and the weight of it, I think.

You're gonna want some specifics on the car and know your intended use for the car before you call. I asked Dave what he thought and I ended up with 150 on the front. I wanted max weight transfer that would still be somewhat streetable. But he suggested this based on how much weight I had over the nose among other things. There is a little leeway in that so you don't have to be precise, just an idea. At the time I had just a 302 but I've since added over 100lbs to the nose With a 9.5 swap, and the car still rides fine.

I know that they are adjustable but do you guys think it has to do with them setting the spring adjustment before they ship it out to you? so you don't have to set up your own tension after you install them?
