Tires size


would a tire with a sectional width of 9.50 inches fit on my car without modifications they are BF Goodrich radial T/A P235/60r15

I fit 275/60R15 on 15x9 Welds on my 1991. I'm not sure if the 86 has the same space, but you may have to roll the fender lip a little if the wheels are 9.5. I have heard of 15x10s though.

it should br fine. is your car lowered? ive seen ppl put on a 275/45r17 on the rear on a lowered fox and not have to roll the fenders.

My 26 x11.5 ET streets fit fine, I think the backspace on the wheel will make a difference too. My street tires are 275 35 18s, they fit fine too. You'll have to remove your quad shocks if you haven't already.
