^^^Exactly. And to answer the lowered car and hooking. Yes, you can do it with coilovers.

Stock V8 spring with one coil cut in the back, and 150lb coil overs in the front. Hooks my 408 all day long on the street on a 17" DR. Can probably get away with 175's or maybe even 200 lb coil overs in the front. Get above that and you won't have very good weight transfer... You need to know your spring rates for those coil overs and get some different springs in the rear. Here's the stance of my car.

There's a way to hook a car with lowering springs. A guy who got banned from this site ran 11.39 @ 119 with lowering springs and all stock suspension with slicks.

I checked my coilovers. I can't remember wether they were 200 or 300
