aluminum flywheels are more for circle track racers but they still work well on the street. most ppl who run the strip use a steel flywheel because the rotating weight keeps their rpm's up betweens shifts

1) I wouldn't waste money on an aluminum flywheel
2)depends on the size of the fan, although single 16-17" is certainly enough.
3) 3 core or 4 core for a decent 351, don't know the stock dimensions, griffin makes a nice aluminum unit.
4) Depends on your tire size and expected MPH. 3.55s are a little better if you plan on doing highway driving, 3.73s are usually better on the track with a 26" tire, if you are going with 28" tire, you might consider 4.10 gears
5) Add a BBK H pipe and flowmaster 2 or 3 chamber after cat depending on how loud you like it.
6) I would go with 205s, if it is a stroker motor, 225s. Nitrous isn't really affected by the heads that much, but make sure you have a reasonable compression ratio for the street with the heads you want to run.
