AIR BAG LIGHT FLASHES 5 TIMES...???
Ok, this is driving crazy, a couple of weeks ago my air bag light came on in 5 flash burst with a couple seconds between...It flashes 5 times and keeps cycling over and over again while the car is on. Its a 1991 GT. It just appeared one day after the car sat for a couple of days. Its a garage kept car so no outside elements.
But about 4 days ago the light went out and a beep from under the das replaced it with the same sequence. A couple of days ago the tone was replaced by a broken tone like a crackle, seemed like it was breaking up (loose wire)...Today I went underneath the dash and found a little whit box where the tone came from. I moved it around, unplugged it and plugged it back and the tone stopped. Now the light is back...Please help me out??? Its a 5 flash sequence which goes on and on... |
