the biggest diffrence is that the boost curve on a supercharger is linear in proportion to rpm. on a turbo many things effect boost. from barometric pressure, to engine load to exhahst temp. Gennerally a turbo is better in my opinion because you can adjust the ammount of boost with a controller. Superchargers are alot easier to tune for. N2O is 500 bucks.

Well you can adjust SC boost with a controller as well, that controller is the gas pedal

I picked the turbo becuase you can up the boost real high and im not a big fan of the wherrrrrrr (shift) wherrrrr. and the turbo is more efficient.

usually a supercharger will make more on the bottom end because it doesnt have to spool up like a turbo. Thats where the term turbo lag comes from, it takes the turbine a second to spool up into the RPM's where it starts to make real boost. A lot of newer turbos have cut the lag down a lot but it is still not as instant as a supercharger.

Simplicity and easy to install, Supercharger. Low end power, Supercharger. Cheaper, Supercharger. Want to be fast, Turbocharger. Want to stop and fill the bottle every time you use it, No2. Want to be left sitting because your bottle is empty, No2. Want to be fast all the time, Turbo. Oh yeah, although when the time comes it will depend on funds, I am looking for a turbo. If I can't afford it then Vortech or self contained Procharger will suffice.

I hate turbo lag so I voted for the supercharger. I also hate the $10k price tag.
